In Loving Memory of Junior

Justice for Junior

Sometime during the evening of May 31 or morning of June 1, 2002 the Iversen family dog was killed while roaming unrestrained on state park property. The Iversen family blamed our dog and without sense or evidence and after our pet had been examined by the sheriff's department, stallked, tortured and murdered our beloved pet in our front yard. Wrongfully accused and gunned down in his prime, this site is dedicated to obtaining justice for Junior and revealing the public corruption that permeates this case and the County of Mendocino..

Federal complaint filed against Vroman, Kalina and Sawicki

"The handling of the Geddry matter was corrupt from the outset. The corruption exhibited between the Iversens, the Kalinas and the District Attorney in this matter indicates that the law was not being applied equally in Mendocino County. Personal interests and the 'good-ole- boy' system were being served." Arbayo Decl ¶ 44

When people begin to believe that organized society is unwilling or unable to impose upon criminal offenders the punishment they 'deserve', then there are sown the seeds of anarchy - self help, vigilante justice and lynch law. Furman vs Georgia '

June 6, 2002 Letter to Vroman
My letter to Vroman demanding an explanation of why the Iversens can break the law and he does nothing about it. Only 5 days after the murder, I was so distraught that I dated it May 6 instead of June. This letter was also written before I found out that Vroman had tried to prevent Animal Control from investigating. To date, Norm Vroman has never answered a single letter or cooperated in any way.
June 20, 2002 Letter to Vroman
Letter to Vroman questioning the improper participation of Kalina in the Sheriff's investigation and a request for a copy of Vroman's 'written' guidelines regarding prosecutiorial discretion. Again, this letter was never answered.

Letter to Vroman demanding to know why, even after felony charges are filed with his office, he has not arrested Don and John Iversen for felony animal cruely. Again this letter went unanswered.
Sheriff's reports
This report pertains to the death of the Iversens' dog who was killed off his property. The deputy examined our dog and found no evidence that Junior had been involved in any dog fight. Junior was kept to his own property. Note the reverse order of the case number.
